Elise is the founder of MON.GEMS and the head of its daily cooperation. At eleven, she organised her first big event for all schools in her hometown, a charity case that developed into a huge national project. Since that day, she has worked as a project manager of countless projects, events, programs, assignments, and start-ups. Today, she runs two management companies with more than fifteen clients. Elise believes that loyalty, kindness, and transparency are the three most important keys to success.
